How to Request Your COI

To ensure your building management has the necessary documentation, please submit your request at least 72 hours before your scheduled move date. This allows our insurance provider sufficient time to process and issue the certificate with the specific building requirements.

Required Information

When requesting a COI, please have the following information ready:

• Certificate Holder Name: The legal name of the building or management company.
• Certificate Holder Address: The full mailing address of the building or management company.
• Additional Insureds: Any specific entities that must be named as additionally insured (e.g., property owners, management firms).
• Move Date: Your confirmed date of service.

Dedicated Moving LLC is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial transit. For luxury buildings, office parks, or managed properties, we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
